Here’s a round-up of our latest branch news:

  • Pay Consultation 2022 – a reminder that there is still time to vote in the current pay consultation – the vote closes next Friday, 27 May. The current offer is 3% with 9% for the lower grades. This 9% is made up of 6% of National Minimum Wage uplift which is a legal responsibility for the employer to implement. This is another below-inflation offer from a sector which is worth billions of pounds: it’s time they started to pay their staff a decent wage. Let us know how you feel about this offer by voting. If you have not received the email, or can’t find it, you can vote via the website: HERE
